Just a quick note to let you know that on 4 September 09 Amelia (Millie) Alice arrived. 3.7kgs. We had a beautiful day of labour and reached 9cms dilated but Millie would not come down and started to show signs of distress so we opted for a c-section. We felt that our preparation had helped with the whole day - both the labour and during the medical procedures. We ended the day feeling very in control (not that I haven't shed a tear for having a c-section but that we ultimatley felt very comfortable on the day)
