Workshops

As the South Australian BirthSkills practitioner, I conduct group classes in the Western Suburbs area.  

The workshops provide a good positive learning environment with other couples at a similar stage in their pregnancy as you. There is a maximum of five couples per workshop.

All printed materials and CD's included.

During this program you receive a detailed explanation of the BirthSkills program.

The content can still be tailored to your individual requirements. 

Morning tea, Lunch and Afternoon tea is supplied for you and your partner.

A $50 discount is available if you book in the calender month prior to the session.

$550 per couple.

Three Hour Basic's Session

Three hours of group education provided in a venue in the Western Suburbs (Max 6 couples).

This will cover the very 'basics' of the program.

Providing a good overview of the how to optimise a positive birthing experience.

A lot of homework required to be completed by the participants in order to maximise the benefits of the BirthSkills program.

Light refreshments available.

Brief information folder provided explaining the basics of the program.

Book and CD NOT provided- available for purchase on the night $75.

$110 per couple.

Three Hour Private Session

Printed materials and CD included.

Three hours of one on one education in the privacy of your own home to cover the very 'basics' of the program.

A lot of 'homework' required to be completed by the participant in order to maximise the benefits of the BirthSkills program.

Phone advice and guidance available until the birth of your baby.

$275 per couple ($65 per additional hour)

Private Intensive

Printed materials and CD's included.

Eight hours (held in one day) of one on one education in the privacy of your own home with you and your partner.

All modules covered, focusing on your personal areas of interest.

Some 'homework' required by participants to further enhance the learning materials.

Phone advice and guidance available until the birth of your baby.

$660 per couple.

Also great for close friends or sisters that want to do the course together- $500 per couple for 2-3 couples.
